Mary Claire Boisselle

January 28, 1940 — November 21, 2010

Mary C. Boisselle, 70, of Main Street, Gorham, formerly of Berlin, passed away on Sunday, November 21st at home after a short battle with lung cancer. She was the daughter of Frederick G. and Antoinette (Hamel) Hayes. Mary worked for Granite State Shoe Company for 17 years and for the Gorham Water and Sewer Department as an office manager for 28 years. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church in Gorham. Mary most enjoyed getting together with family and friends, traveling and reading mysteries. She leaves her sons, Mark F. Boisselle of Wasilla, Alaska; Matthew P. Boisselle, his wife, Lori and their three children, Courtney, Caitlin and Kyle, of Gorham; and Wayne A. Boisselle, his wife, Carrie, and their two children, Julia and Laura, of Holden, Massachusetts. She also leaves her brothers, Ronald Hayes and his wife, Carol, of Arlington, Massachusetts and their children; Neville Hayes and his wife, Janice, of Gorham and their children; her sisters, Sharon Gaudette, of Wilton and her children; Linda MacArthur and her husband, John, of Winchester, Massachusetts and their children, Christine Cardoza and her husband, David, of Phoenix, Arizona and their son. Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband, Maurice and by her sister, Ritchie, wife of Ronald Vachon and their children of Gorham. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Church on December 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Androscoggin Valley Hospital Home Hospice, 59 Page Hill Road, Berlin, NH 03570.
