Lucille L Chevarie

Lucille L Chevarie, 87, of Forth Avenue passed on Thursday, October 03, 2013 at St. Vincent de Paul Nursing home where she spent the past couple of weeks following a sudden illness.

Lucille was born in Berlin, May 21, 1926, the daughter of the Ludger and Albina (Lantagne) Arguin.

She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School.

On April 22, 1946, she married Gerard "Pete" Chevarie and together they raised three children.

She worked for Granite State, Woolworths and retired in 1987 from AVH where she worked in food services.

She was a member of the Guardian Angel Parish now known as St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her greatest love was her family, she was a very loving, caring and devoted, mother and grandmother. In her earlier years she and her family enjoyed camping. She spent many winters in Florida and loved to play Bingo. She enjoyed the company of her two cats Pebbles and Buttercup.

She is survived by her son Richard Chevarie and wife Janet of Berlin, NH; her daughter Helen Levesque and husband David of Berlin, NH; Seven Grandchildren; Daniel Gagnon of Georgia, Timothy Gagnon of Florida, Matthew Gagnon of Vermont, Joey Chevarie of Andover, NH, Angela Vaillancourt of Laconia, NH, Kaytlyn Levesque of Walepole, NH and Jamason Levesque of Berlin, NH. Twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerard "Pete" Chevarie, her daughter Anita Gagnon, her parents, seven brothers and three sisters.

Friends and relatives may call on the family on Sunday, October 6, 2013 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and on Monday, October 7, 2013 from 8:30am to 9:30am at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, please use School Street entrance.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Monday, October 7, 2013 at St Anne's Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Burial will follow at Mt Calvary Cemetery in Berlin, NH
