Louise E Bosa

Louise E. (LeBorgne) Bosa, a longtime resident of Champlain Street, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Coos County Nursing where she had been staying for respite care. She was 86.

Born on April 10, 1927 in Berlin, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of Louis and Yvonne (Beaudoin) LeBorgne.

Louise grew up in Berlin, attended St. Joseph's School and worked at the Converse Rubber Company. On April 19, 1947 she married Alphonse "Al" S. Bosa and together they raised six daughters and two sons. In addition to being a homemaker, she assisted Alphonse as secretary for their business, Berlin Plumbing and Heating.

She was a communicant of St. Kieran's Church and now St. Anne Church of Good Shepard Parish where she also was a member of MRA and the Altar Guild. She also enjoyed gardening, knitting, and cooking.

She is pre-deceased by her parents, four brothers, Norman, Henry, Paul, and Edward LeBorgne, a sister, Priscilla LeBorgne, and a son in law, Richard Lamoureux.

She leaves her husband of 66 years, Alphonse "Al" Bosa of Berlin; a sister, Shirley LeBorgne of the Presentation of Mary in Manchester, NH. Daughters: Elizabeth Russell and her husband Robert of Conway, NH, Jane Lamoureux of Millville, MA, Linda Veillette and her husband Real of Berlin, Sylvia Kenny and her husband Richard of Londonderry, NH, Sharon Kaminski and her husband Ret. Col. Michael S. Kaminski, USA of Dunbarton, NH, and Victoria Morin and her husband David of Pelham, NH. Sons: Robert Bosa and his wife Linda of Concord, NH and William Bosa and his wife Jill of Crestwood, KY. Grandchildren: Debra Parsons and husband Michael, Erin Russell, John Lamoureux and wife Sandy, Amy Felix and husband John, David Veillette, James Veillette, Samantha Cestarich and husband Joe, Caitlyn Kenny, Stacie Doeren and husband David, Stephen Kaminski, Alexander Kaminski, Karisa Morin, Jessica Morin, Angie Martin, Noah Bosa, and Madison Bosa. Great-grandchildren: Erica, Spencer, Sierra, Aiden, Devon, Anna, Destiny, Cameron, Abigail, Dominic, Aaron, and Addison.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Saturday, January 4, 2014 at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin. Burial will follow at St. Kieran's Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held from 6:00-8:00pm Friday, January 3, 2014 at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH. (use School St entrance)
