Lorraine F. (Theberge) Dickinson of Bemis Street passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, NH following a period of declining health. She was 75. Born on April 21, 1937 in Berlin, NH, she was the daughter of the late Isidore A. Theberge, Eveline (Guerin) Spaulding and (the father she knew) Donald C. Spaulding.

Lorraine was a graduate of Berlin High School and attended a two year business college. In earlier years, she was employed at Converse Rubber Company and was the bookkeeper for the family business Dickinson and Son Contracting.

Lorraine loved playing games on her computer and was an avid bingo player. She always had a comment to make everyone laugh. She also enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by her ex-husband and long-time friend Francis Dickinson of Berlin, her daughter Vicky Turgeon and her husband Rich of Manchester, NH; two sons: Stephen Dickinson and his wife Christina of Berlin, NH and Donald Dickinson of Gorham, NH; Seven grandchildren: Kendra, Cory, Jamie, Justin, Ryliegh, Veronica, and Jeremiah; three great-grandchildren: Taylor, Sierra, and Madison; a half sister Sharron Lefebvre of Berlin, NH.

Lorraine suffered with Multiple Sclerosis for many years. Anyone wishing to make a donation in her memory may do so to the National Multiple Sclerosis, Greater New England Chapter, 1361 Elm St # 106 Manchester, NH 03101.

A graveside service will be held at the City Cemetery in Berlin in the spring. There are no calling hours.
