Leo A. Breault, 87, of Berlin, passed away at his home on Monday April 3, 2017. Mr. Breault was born in St. Hermenegilde, P.Q. Canada on June 20, 1929 the son of Gilbert and Blanche (Landry) Breault. He was raised on the family farm on Wallace Pond in Canaan, Vermont and moved to Berlin, NH in the early 1950s. Leo was a self-employed carpenter for many years. He made fiddles, enjoyed woodworking, loved music and played the fiddle and also liked fishing. He enjoyed driving and taking care of his car. Family members include his children, Norman Breault and his wife Rachel of Berlin, Rosemarie Boilard and her husband Mark of Deerfield, NH, Dennis Breault of Manchester, NH, Kimberly Bedard and her husband Gary of Berlin, NH and David Breault of New London, NH; his grandchildren Sarah Breault, Nathan Breault, Candace McCaffrey and her husband Casey, Taylor Boilard, Cayley Boilard and Brandon Bedard; two sisters Cora Rancourt of Colebrook, NH and Annette Breault of Manchester, NH; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a granddaughter Samantha Boilard and by four brothers and two sisters, Claude Breault, Paul Breault, Jeanne Breault, Pauline Breault and Leandre Pete Breault and Donald Breault. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday April 8, 2017 at 11 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the spring in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Bloomfield, VT. There will be no calling hours. Friends are asked to meet directly at the church for the Mass.
