Lena L. Hansen

Lena L. (Arsenault) Hansen, 93, formerly of 664 First Avenue, Berlin, NH passed away on Sunday morning Sept. 11, 2016 at the St. Vincent de Paul Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Berlin. She was born in Berlin, NH on March 9, 1923 the daughter of John D. and Marie Louise (Cote) Arsenault, was a lifelong resident and attended Berlin Schools. Lena was a member of St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Members of the family include her daughter in law Patricia Hansen of Niantic, CT; three grandchildren Kirsten Jerome and husband Chris, Erik Hansen and wife Karena and Michael Hansen and wife Heather; eight great grandchildren Sarah, Noah, Nora, Connor, Ellyna, Drew, Caden and Vera; a brother Henry Arsenault and his wife Pierina of Berlin; a sister Sr. Lorraine Arsenault of Nashua, NH; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Oscar Herman Hansen and by her son Oscar Henry Hansen. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday Sept. 14, 2016 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, NH. Interment will follow in the St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH on Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM.
