Lea A. (Boudreau) Leclerc, a longtime resident of High Street, passed away Monday, September 15, 2014 at St Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Berlin, NH following a period of declining health. She was 93.

Born on May 12, 1921in Berlin, NH, she was the daughter of Alfred and Philomene (St Onge) Boudreau.

A lifelong resident of the Berlin & Milan area, she attended Berlin Schools.

In 1940, she married Joseph Leclerc and together they raised five sons.

In earlier years, Lea was employed as a stitcher at Granite State Rubber Company and for many years, she was employed as a cook at White Mountain Day Care.

She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Parish now St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish.

Her favorite past times were sewing, knitting, crocheting, cooking, and play cards.

Besides her parents and husband, she is pre-deceased by a son Arthur Leclerc, four brothers Alfred, Emile, Norman and Hector Boudreau and two sisters Georgiana Lessard and Laura Fortin.

She leaves behind four sons: Joseph Leclerc and wife Helene of Stark, NH, Robert Leclerc and wife Regina of Milan, NH, Eugene Leclerc and wife Gloria of Milan, NH and Richard Leclerc and wife Laura of Milan, NH; Grandchildren: Christine Leclerc, Brenda Letellier, Bobby Joe Leclerc, Sherry Bergeron, Lisa Fecteau, Roger Leclerc, Shelly Lacasse, Kelly Leclerc, Albert Leclerc and Andy Leclerc; Great-Grandchildren: Kristi & Ryan Letellier, Jessie & Nathen Fecteau, Dylan & Ethan Leclerc, Ella & Evan Lacasse, Abigail & Aiden Leclerc, and Cailey Mae Leclerc and a great-great grandchild to be expected this fall. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A service will be held at 2:00pm, Friday September 19, 2014 in the Parlor of Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Berlin. A calling hour will be held from 1:00pm to 2:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
