Judy Hutchins Chandler

Judy Hutchins Chandler, 71, of Gorham, NH, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on January 14, 2015, after a brief illness. She was born in Berlin on October 20, 1943, the daughter of Thomas and Pauline (Meserve) Clark and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a member of the Holy Family Church and worked at Northway Bank for 19 years. While there, she made many friends whom she held dear to her heart. She spent many hours volunteering for the community through the bank. Some of the activities she was passionate about include Relay for Life, the Parade of Lights, ringing the bells at Christmas time for the Salvation Army, and many more. During the summer when she wasn't working, she could be found at Israel River Campground or on the greens at the Androscoggin Valley Country Club. Judy had unconditional love for her family and friends. She had a zest for life and loved to travel, whether for her annual Christmas shopping trip or her vacation to Tennessee each year. Her contagious smile and laughter will leave a hole in our hearts forever. She leaves behind her husband, Raymond Chandler; her daughter, Lisa Dore, of Bristol, TN; her daughter, Lori Boisselle and son-in-law, Matthew, of Gorham, NH; her step-daughter, Laurie Chandler, of Sarasota, FL. She also leaves behind her sister, Sharon (MacLeod) Towers and husband, John, of Silver Springs, FL; her brother, John Clark and wife, Maureen, of Conway, NH; her grandchildren, Erika, Emilee, Erin , Courtney, Caitlin, Kyle and their grandfather, Conrad Hutchins; several nieces and nephews, including Patty, Pam, Paula, Amy and Alyssa. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Holy Family Church in Gorham. Interment will be in the Lary Cemetery. In celebration of Judy's life, please join the family at Saladino's Restaurant on Wednesday evening, January 21, from 6 - 8 pm. Anyone who wishes may make a donation to the Relay for Life in her memory. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
