Jennie Rose Robichaud

December 23, 1950 — June 29, 2012

Jennie Rose Robichaud, formerly of Forbush Avenue, Berlin, passed away Friday, June 29, 2012 at Rose Meadow Specialized Assisted Living Facility in New Boston, NH, following a courageous battle with Lou Gehrig's Disease. She was 61.

Jennie was born on December 23, 1950 in Berlin, NH, she was the daughter of the late John and Jeannette Marie (Pelchat) Accardi. She was a graduate of Berlin High School and then earned an Associate's Degree from Franklin Pierce School for Women Secretarial program. She also took several accounting classes at the White Mountain Technical College in Berlin.

A lifelong resident of Berlin, Jennie moved downstate in 1996. She was employed as an Administrative Assistant for Dr. Salman Malik.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her greatest love was her family, she was a very loving, caring and devoted, mother. She enjoyed music, camping, reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

One of her greatest enjoyment was watching her son, niece, and nephew play hockey. She was a great "Hockey Mom".

Jennie was a communicant of St. Kieran's Parish now known as St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Richard Robichaud in 1985. She is survived by her companion James Poisson of Berlin, NH, a son, Jason Robichaud and his wife Kelle Hodgman and granddaughter Isabella Robichaud of St. Petersburg, FL; a daughter Mia Langlois and her husband John and grandson Aiden Langlois of Goffstown, NH; one brother, Joseph Accardi and his wife Lise, nephew Nathan Accardi and niece Megan Accardi all of Berlin; a sister Joanne Accardi and her companion Mark Francouer of Manchester, NH; two aunts Rose Giordano of Littleton, NH and Anne Kraft of West Palm Beach, FL as well as several cousins and dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Friday, July 6 at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin, NH. Rev. Mark Dollard will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Anne Cemetery in Berlin, NH.

Calling hours will be held from 7:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday, July 5 and from 8:30am to 9:30am Friday (Prior to the Mass) at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin. Use school street entrance.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to the ALS Association, Northern New England Chapter, 10 Ferry St. Suite 309, Concord, NH 03301
