Jeannette R. Gagnon

Jeannette R. Gagnon, 82, of Gorham, passed away at the Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH on July 11, 2018 after a period of declining health. She was born and raised in Berlin on September 13, 1935 the daughter of the late Louis & Maria (Bernier) Gagne. She graduated from Notre Dame High School and she and her husband lived in many places during his military career of service in the USMC. For the past 35 years they have wintered in Florida. Jeannette loved the ocean and the beach, an excellent cook and hostess, she was an entrepreneur in her own way. Most of all Jeannette loved her family of which she was very close to and very kind. Members of the family include her husband of 62 years Leo P. Gagnon of Gorham; brothers Paul Gagne and wife Pauline of Nashua, NH and Marcel Gagne of Berlin, NH; sister Lucille LaPlante of Berlin, NH; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Doris Legere and brother Robert Gagne. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday July 16, 2018 at 1pm at the Holy Family Church in Gorham. Friends and relatives are invited to call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade Street, Gorham, NH from 10:30-12:30 prior to the Mass. Interment will be held Wednesday July 18, 2018 at 11am at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH. In lieu of flowers, anyone who wishes may make a donation in her memory to a charity of ones choice.
