Jeannette Chevarie

Jeannette Chevarie passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Coos Country Nursing Home Berlin, NH. She was 93.

She was born on February 25, 1921 in Berlin, NH.

In 1937 Jeannette was married to Joseph Chevarie and together they raised a daughter.

In earlier years, Jeannette worked at Granite State Shoes on the shoe assembly line.

She was a communicant of Holy Family Church and a member of the Women's Auxiliary.

She enjoyed traveling, especially to California. She also enjoyed playing the slot machines at the Casino and playing Bingo.

Jeannette was a kind soul and touched many lives through her work with the elderly at the Senior Center.

She is pre-deceased by her husband Joseph, her brother Albert and her sisters Cecile, Laura, Marie and Jenn.

She leaves behind her daughter Chev Chevarie of Santa Maria CA. Several nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. Burial will be held on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 1:00pm at Mt Calvary Cemetery.

The family would like to thank all her "extended family" at Coos County Nursing Home for all the wonderful years she spent with them. They were truly her angles.
