Jeanne D'Arc M. Guilmette

Jeanne D'Arc Martha (Ramsey) Guilmette, 93, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen, NH.

Born on October 18, 1919 in Berlin, NH, she was the oldest of nine children of Aime and Marianne (Rousseau) Ramsey.

She married Maurice Guilmette and they resided on Jordan Street in Berlin for many years. In 2008, she moved to Gerrish Manor Assisted Living in the Concord area to be nearer to her children.

She was employed as a sales clerk in a variety of stores in Berlin namely Naboshek's, Evans Department Store, and Guay and Drouin Men's Store from which she retired in 1989.

Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband of 54 years Maurice who passed away on March 6, 1995 and two sisters Rita Lemire and Claire Dumont as well as five brothers George, Raymond, John, Rene, and Roger Ramsey.

She is survived by her three children, a daughter Louise and her husband Joseph Lucien Guilmette of Concord, NH; two sons Donald Guilmette of Exeter, NH and Daniel Guilmette and his wife Sally of East Kingston, NH.

Four grandchildren: Donna Guilmette and her husband Reid Vail of Ohio, Diane Boucher and her husband Martin of Londonderry,NH , Kristen Guilmette of Newmarket, NH and David Guilmette and wife Kenan of Minnesota; one sister, Jacqueline Ramsey, P.M. of Hudson, NH; Five Great-Grandchildren, and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am Tuesday, February 12 at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, 345 Pleasant Street, Berlin, NH. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

A calling hour will be held from 9:00 am to 10:00am Tuesday at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
