Jean B. Noel

Jean B. Noel, 91, of Berlin, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020 at the St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was born in St. Pamphile, P.Q., Canada on October 22, 1928 the son of the late William and Mary Louise (Blanchette) Noel. He came to the United States over 50 years ago and lived for a short time in Lancaster, NH. He was employed for many years as a Wood Classifier for the Milan Lumber Company.



Members of the family include his daughters Odette Voisine of Berlin, Lucie Noel and husband Benoit Lapierre of Laval, Quebec, and Renee Noel of St. Eugene, Quebec; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; a sister Geraldine Blanchet of Quebec; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife Patricia (Flamand) Noel, son Elie Noel, brother George Noel, sisters Marguerite Gagnon and Therese Noel.



In accordance with Jean’s wishes, there will be no services. Interment will take place in Canada at the convenience of the family. Donations in Jean’s memory may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Activities Fund, 29 Providence Ave., Berlin, NH 03570. Arrangements are entrusted to the Bryant Funeral Homes, Berlin and Gorham, NH.
