Janet "Jane" Lavoie

Janet Jane A. Lavoie, 51, of Gorham, passed away on Friday August 18, 2017 at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, ME. She was born in Berlin on December 26, 1965 the daughter of the late Robert and Lorraine (Buteau) Villeneuve and was a lifelong resident of the area. She graduated from Berlin High in 1984 and had been involved in many organizations which are too plentiful to list. She loved spending time with family, especially the children, shopping and spending time on the front porch. Family includes her husband Gary Lavoie of Gorham; siblings Adele Blais and husband Robert of Manchester, Raymond Mimi Villeneuve and wife Leila of Berlin, Lisa Connors and Joe Savage of Gorham, Wayne Bozo Villeneuve of Berlin, Betty Jo Villeneuve of Berlin and Brian Villeneuve and wife Stephanie of Milan; sisters-in-law Pam Villeneuve of West Milan, Pauline Lavoie of North Carolina and Susan Small and husband Norman of Berlin; Godchild Laura Connors; nieces and nephews including Sabrina, Hollee, Jay, Korin, Shelby, Ava, Bert, Andrew, Tina, Carrie, Ethan, Jaxson, Tianna, Mariah and Tyler. She was predeceased by brothers Donald Villeneuve and Roger Villeneuve, brother-in-law Mike Connors and mother-in-law Simonne Lavoie. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday August 22, 2017 at 1 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade St., Gorham, NH with interment to follow. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11 AM to 1 PM, prior to the service
