James P. Kenison

James P. Kenison, 66, of Gorham, passed away on Tuesday June 26, 2018 at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. He was born in Lancaster, NH on September 14, 1951 the son of Elliott and Elaine (Enman) Kenison and was raised in Jefferson. He had resided in Gorham for the past 30 years. James was a US Navy Veteran and had been employed as a truck driver for Curriers, Isaacsons, and lastly for Ingerson Transportation. Jamess greatest love was for his wife and family. He was a hard worker and enjoyed helping others. He was a jack of all trades who could fix anything. He was a member of the Millsfield Sporting Club. Family includes his wife Donna (Olin) Kenison of Gorham, NH; son Matthew Kenison and wife Katie of Dorchester, NH; daughter Tiffany Kenison and fianc Andrew Small of Gorham, NH; grandsons Nathan, Lee and Brett Kenison and Ethan Small; mother Elaine Kenison of Mt. Dora, FL; siblings Jerry Kenison and wife Ruth of Newburgh, NY, Reggie Kenison of Littleton, NH, David Kenison of Mt. Dora, FL and Beatrice McQuarrie and husband Kevin of Gambrills, MD; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Elliott Kenison, and a sister, Sandra McCormack. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday June 30, 2018 at 1 PM at Holy Family Church. Interment will be in the Holy Family Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade St., Gorham, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
