Jacqueline E. Gagnon

Jacqueline E. Gagnon, 82, of Gorham, passed away at her home on Thursday evening April 3, 2014. She was born in Berlin on November 9, 1931, the daughter of Wallace and Mildred (Champoux) Lapointe. She was a lifelong resident of the Berlin Gorham area. Jacqueline worked at the Coos County Nursing Home in Berlin for many years as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Prior to that she was employed by, St. Louis Hospital. She was a member of Holy Family Church in Gorham. Jacqueline was devoted to her nursing career and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Family members include her four sons James Gagnon and his wife Sharon of Uncasville, CT, Bruce Gagnon and his wife Corrine of Pomfret, MD, Tom Gagnon and his friend Kathy Edmiston of Lumberton, NC and Peter Gagnon and his partner, Mark Russell of Pineville, NC, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, three sisters, Carol Villeneuve of Berlin, Shirley Woodford of Gorham and Sandra Sarno of Saugus, MA. many nieces, nephews, including one special great nephew Nick Roy. She was predeceased by her son Kenneth Gagnon, one sister, Nancy Lapointe and three brothers, Robert, Donald and Maurice Lapointe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 25th at 1 PM at Holy Family Church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Bryant Funeral Home, Berlin. On line
