Helene C. Guenette

Berlin, NH

On Sunday September 20, 2015, at the age of 93, HAC.lAne Champagne Guenette, widow of her beloved husband Noel, past away quietly at St Vincent de Paul Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Helene was born on June 15, 1922. She was the daughter of Emilien and Maria (Brochu) Champagne. She was born and raised in St. Come LiniAre Quebec.

On July 8, 1944 she married Noel Guenette.

She loved to bake, she was a pastry chef at St. Louis Hospital and Androscoggin Valley Hospital. She had many friends and everyone enjoyed her company.

She leaves behind her sister Gisele Paquet and her sister-in-law Rita Fortin (Paul Champagne). She also leaves behind nephews and nieces: Robert Boivin, Gilles Boivin, Murielle Boivin, France Champagne, Guy Champagne, Michel Champagne, Yves Champagne, Lise Champagne, Alain Paquet and Simon Paquet. Her very dear friend Beatrice Genesse of many years. There are many friends that will miss her dearly.

Besides her parents she is pre-deceased by her brothers, Lucien Champagne, Jean-Louis Champagne, Paul Champagne and sister, Laure-Yvonne Boivin (Champagne).

Calling hours will be held prior to her service on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 9:30am to 12:30pm at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH 03570

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 1 :00pm at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will follow at St. Kieran Cemetery.
