Heather A Reid

Heather Ann Reid, 62, of Gorham, passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2019 at her home. She was born in Berlin, NH on May 8, 1957 the daughter of the late Lewis A. and Kathleen (Wight) Reid and lived most of her life in Gorham. She graduated Gorham High School and Plymouth State College. In her younger days she enjoyed hiking. Heather was actively involved in many aspects of church life at The Gorham Congregational Church, United Church of Christ. She was also a delegate to the North Country Association of the NH United Church of Christ, and deeply committed to the Horton Center Church Camp and wider United Church of Christ. She was an avid reader.



Members of the family include her sister Linda Higgins of Fort Meyers, FL; brother Brent Reid of Nottingham, NH; nieces and nephews Krista Hardee, Cameron Reid and Elizabeth Reid; several cousins and close friends.



A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 1pm at the Gorham Congregational Church, UCC, 143 Main Street, Gorham. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in the Lary Cemetery in Gorham where she will be buried with her parents.
