Glen R. Eastman, Ii

Glen R. Eastman, II, 64, of Vernon, CT, passed away on Saturday November 22, 2014 at the Rockville General Hospital in Rockville, CT. He was born in Portsmouth, NH on October 18, 1950 the son of Glen R. and Dorothy (Stearns) Eastman and was raised in Gorham. He graduated from Gorham High School and has resided in Connecticut for the past 36 years. Glen was an Army National Guard Veteran and had served in Germany. He had been employed as an inspector with Ammerbelle, was an avid skier and enjoyed music. Glen was a former member of the Dupont-Holmes Post #82 American Legion in Gorham and was a current member of the American Legion in Connecticut. Family members include his wife Pauline (Tardiff) Eastman of Vernon, CT; his mother and step-father Dorothy and Roland Mahurin of Tolland, CT; his father and step-mother Glen and Janice Eastman of Gorham, NH; brothers Mark Mahurin of Niantic, CT, Mike Eastman and Mark Eastman of Berlin, NH; sisters Carol Terreson of Hilo, HA, Joanne Bowland of Sanford, ME, June Eastman of Keene, NH and Toni Taylor of Bedford, NH; nieces, nephews and 2 special cousins Merrily McGillvery and Jim Tanguay. Funeral Services will be held at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade St., Gorham, NH on Tuesday November 25, 2014 at 11 AM. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10 -11 AM, prior to the service. Interment will follow. In lieu of flowers, anyone who wishes may make a donation to the Wounded Warriors.
