Gerard R. Fecteau

Gerard R. Fecteau, 99, of Berlin, passed away on Saturday December 2, 2017 at the Coos County Nursing Home. He was born in Berlin on November 11, 1918 the son of Albert and Ida (Cormier) Fecteau and lived in Berlin for most of his life. He had been employed by the City of Berlin as a police officer, had been a milkman for Berlin Dairy and had also worked for the Berlin Foundry. Gerard was a member of Guardian Angel, now Good Shepherd Parish, and was a member of the Holy Name Society. Family includes his children Jerry Fecteau and wife Debbie of Berlin, NH, Marcel Fecteau and wife Irene of Berlin, NH, Richard Fecteau and wife Lorette of Berlin, NH, Rolande Fecteau and lifelong friend of the family Lillian of RI and Stella Tremblay of Manchester, NH; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; a great great grandchild; sister Jeanne Garon of Berlin, NH; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife Therese (Garon) Fecteau and a brother and several sisters. There will be no services. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery.
