George W. Paine

George W. Paine, 63, of Gorham, NH passed away suddenly on March 27, 2018 at his home. He was born in Berlin, NH on May 31, 1954 the son of William J. and Clare (King) Paine, was raised in Berlin, and was a graduate of Berlin High School with the class of 1972. He had worked in the hospitality business on the seacoast, in the Mt. Washington Valley and locally for many years. George was an avid fisherman and he loved to read. Members of his family include his sons Ashton Paine of Brighton, MA and Tyler Paine of Gorham, NH; his mother Clare Paine of Berlin; a sister Nancy Aube and her husband Gary of Falmouth, ME; 2 brothers John Paine of Hooksett, NH and David Paine of Ipswich, MA; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father William Paine. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin on Friday April 6, 2018 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bryant Funeral Home, Berlin.
