Fred Gleason

Berlin, NH

Frederick H. "Fred" Gleason of Wight Street passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 at his home following a brief battle with cancer. He was 62.

Born on June 6, 1951 in Berlin, NH, he was the son of Ralph and Helen (Seguin) Gleason.

Fred was a graduate of Gorham High School.

He was member of (LIUNA Local # 668) Laborer International Union Of NH in Hooksett and retired last summer.

Fred enjoyed the outdoors activities such as fishing, 4 wheeling, and hunting. He especially enjoyed the companionship of his Black Lab "Thunder"- he truly had a love for animals. He will be remembered for his great personality and his humor and was known for eating many Hersey's Kisses everyday. He was a member of the Berlin Eagles Club.

Besides his parents, he is pre-deceased by a sister in law Lucille Gleason.

He leaves his daughter Jennifer Tate and her husband Franklyn of Glen, NH, a son Jason Gleason and his companion Marisa Paquette of Manchester, NH; his fiancAC.e Linda Falardeau and her children Stacey, Nathan, and Trisha Falardeau and grandchildren all of Berlin; grandson Devin Tate and step grandchildren Abygail Tate and Ashley Culpepper; two brothers John Gleason of Milan, NH and Paul Gleason of Gorham, NH.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00pm Monday, February 24th at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin. Burial will follow at St. Anne's Cemetery in Berlin. There are no calling hours.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
