Frank "Joe" Gauthier Jr.

Frank “Joe” Gauthier Jr., 71, formerly of Willard Street, Berlin, NH passed away on March 8, 2020 at the Country Village Center in Lancaster, NH after a long illness. He was born in Berlin, NH on September 25, 1948 the son of Frank J. Gauthier Sr. and Florence Mary (Laflamme) Gauthier and lived most of his life in Berlin, residing for a time in Rhode Island. Frank was a US Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam Conflict. Prior to his retirement, he had been employed by the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin and the Littleton Regional Hospital. He enjoyed collecting antiques, Bingo, scratch tickets, his cats, yard sales, classic movies and was very patriotic.



Members of the family include his three sisters Linda Lafleur and her husband Richard of Berlin, Sharon Montminy of Berlin and Brenda Lauze and husband Steve of Gorham; a brother Steven Gauthier and his wife Jeanne of Gorham; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, a brother- in- law Ernest Montminy and a niece Kelley Ann Montminy.



SERVICES: Due to the current restrictions on public gatherings, a private service will be held. There will be no calling hours. The family would like to thank everyone for understanding. Arrangements are entrusted to the Bryant Funeral Homes, Berlin and Gorham, NH.
