Elisabeth M.A. Davidson

Elisabeth M.A. Davidson, formerly of Berlin, NH, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016, at the HealthAlliance Hospital-Broadway Campus (Kingston Hospital). She was 84 years old.

Born on May 31, 1932 in Offenbach am Main, Germany, she was the daughter of Georg and Katharina (nee Bauhoff) Kreis.

Elisabeth married Ronald A. Davidson in June 1954. She later became a naturalized U.S. citizen on May 1, 1959, of which she was very proud. Together, they raised their son John.

Her greatest love was her family, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, reading, craftwork, and spending time with her grandchildren whenever she could.

Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Ronald, who passed away in 2004. She is also predeceased by all of her six siblings.

She leaves behind her son, John D. Davidson, and wife, Monique (Baker) Davidson of Port Ewen, NY; grandson Matthew I. Davidson and granddaughter Alyssa N. Davidson; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11:30am with Reverend Gail Bauzenberge from the St. Paul Lutheran Church. Relatives and friends may call on the family an hour prior to the service beginning at 10:30am. Interment will follow at the New City Cemetery, Berlin, NH.
