Berlin, NH Edward R. "Eddie" Gendron of Jericho Road passed away Monday, June 27, 2011 at Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, NH. He was 91.

Born on May 1, 1920 in Paquetville, P.Q. Canada, he was the son of Nasaire & Virginie (Daigneault) Gendron.

He grew up in Paquetville, P.Q. and attended local Schools. He married Beatrice Poirier.

Eddie enjoyed gardening, working around the house and he loved to fish.

He was employed as an Evaporator Operator for James River Corp. until his retirement in 1982 and he was self employed as a Plumber, retiring in 2000.

He was a communicant of the former St. Joseph Parish now known as St. Anne's Church of Good Shepherd Parish. He was also a member of Local # 75

He is predeceased by three brothers Francis, Claude and Victor Gendron and two sisters Pauline and Claire

He is survived by his caretaker and adopted daughter Francoise Martin of Berlin, NH

A brother Henry Gendron and his wife Nereille of Springfield, Ma.

Three nephews; Maurice Champoux of Gorham, NH, Robert Champoux of Berlin, NH and Eugene Leveigue .

One niece Julie Faford of Montreal, PQ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Thursday, June 30, 2011 at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Berlin.

Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 9 to 10:30 am at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
