Doris Arguin

Berlin, NH

Doris T. Arguin, of Forbush Avenue passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2015 surrounded by family.

Doris was born in Berlin, NH, on April 22, 1931 a daughter of the late Ovila and Bertha (Theriault) Francoeur.

She graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1949.

On July 3, 1950, she married Armand T. Arguin of Berlin and together they raised seven children.

She was a member of the Guardian Angel Parish which later became Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin, NH. She was a member of the Marie Rivier Associates.

She will be remembered for baking her cookies and crepes for her children and grandchildren who were her pride and joy. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

She is survived by her seven children, Denise Lepage of Nashua, NH, Gisele McKenzie and husband Rick, Pauline Suitter and husband Darrell, Daniel Arguin and wife Lisa all of Berlin, NH, David Arguin and wife Valerie of Merrimack, NH, Donald Arguin and wife Barbara of Sullivan, NH, and Paul Arguin and wife Nicole of Berlin, NH. Six grandchildren Tiffany Suitter Sorrentino and husband Phillip, Benjamin Arguin, Kayla Arguin, Johanna Arguin, Jenna Arguin, and John Arguin. Two brothers Roland Francoeur and wife Lorraine and Raymond Francoeur and wife Helene, four sisters Rita Cote, Jeanette Roy, Theresa Steffen, and Paulette Lafrance and husband Robert and a sister-in-law Cecile Francoeur. Many nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased in death by her husband Armand Arguin, her parents, and her brother Richard Francoeur.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, January 11th, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and on Monday January 12th from 8:30am to 9:30am at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am Monday, January 12th at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin. Burial will follow at St. Anne Cemetery in Berlin, NH

Donations may be made in her memory to Good Shepherd Parish to assist with renovations and upkeep of parish facilities, PO Box 570, Berlin, NH 03570
