Dianne Libby Reichert

Dianne Libby Reichert of 7 White Birch Lane, Gorham, NH died on June 8, 2009 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA, where she had been a patient for 24 hours. She was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on April 16, 1956 the daughter of Marion R. Reichert and Edward J. Reichert of Gorham, NH. She attended Our Lady of the Mountains Academy and was a graduate of Gorham High School. Although she had no children of her own, she was a foster parent for a number of years for Charla, Cathy and Hilary Downing, children of her husband Chris Downing, during their early years. She resided in Jacksonville, FL for 3 years while married to Edward Flynn, while he was a member of the United States Navy and then returned to Gorham where she lived until the time of her death. Members of the family include her father Edward J. Reichert of Gorham, NH; her brother and sister-in-law James and Linda Reichert, her nephew Tobey Reichert all of Gorham, NH; her niece Angie Reichert of Florida; and her former husband Edward Flynn of Gorham, NH. She was predeceased by her mother Marion (Ray) Reichert and her aunt and uncle Margaret and Joseph Trask. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday June 12, 2009 at 10:30 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade Street, Gorham, NH.
