David K. Wooten

Mr. David K. Wooten, 56, of 16 Waikiki Blvd, Antioch, TN passed away on Saturday March 6, 2010 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, NH. He was born in St. Louis, MO on April 7, 1953 and was the son of Herman E. and Frances J. (Terrell) Wooten. He lived in Richland, WA and moved to Sacramento, CA in 1964, where he lived until 1994. In 1994, he moved to Nashville, TN where he pursued his music career. David was a US Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. Members of the family include his wife Teresa (Wright) Wooten of Antioch, TN; 1 sister Lisa Hansel of Antioch, TN; his father Herman Wooten of Brentwood, TN; 3 children Shannon Pierce of Weed, CA, Jason Wooten of Nashville, TN and Micah Wooten of Nashville, TN and 5 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his mother Frances Wooten and a brother Douglas Wooten. Memorial Services will be held at the convenience of the family in Tennessee.
