Christian J Gilbert

Christian J. Gilbert, 41, of Gorham, NH passed away on Thursday July 11, 2013 at his home. He was born in Manchester, NH on March 2, 1972 the son of Frederick and Shirley (Guilmette) Gilbert and was a lifelong resident of Gorham. He graduated from Gorham High School with the Class of 1992. Christian had been employed for nearly 16 years with the NH Department of Transportation and was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #82 and a past member of the Gorham Fire Department. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to camp. Members of the family include his wife Jill (Foote) Gilbert of Gorham; daughter Makenzie Gilbert of Gorham; son Christopher Foote of Gorham; parents Frederick and Shirley (Guilmette) Gilbert of Gorham; brother Freddie Gilbert and wife Jen of Gorham; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday July 16, 2013 at 10 AM at Holy Family Church in Gorham. Interment will be at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade St., Gorham on Monday evening from 6 to 9 PM.
