Cecile A. Allain

Cecile A. Allain, 87, of Berlin, passed away on Saturday March 24, 2018 at the St. Vincent de Paul Rehab and Nursing Center. She was born in Berlin, NH on October 19, 1930 the daughter of Francois and Helen (Melanson) Allain and lived in Berlin for most of her life. She had been employed by Granite State Rubber Company, Bass Shoe, Altama Deltama and Gamm, Inc. After her retirement, she worked as a seamstress for Demers Cleaners. Cecile was a member of Good Shepherd Parish and enjoyed doing arts and crafts. Family includes her brother Ernest Allain of Berlin; her sister Priscilla Landrigan of Berlin; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by siblings Henry Allain, Pauline LHeureux, Doris LHeureux and Blanche Roy. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday March 28, 2018 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Activities Fund, 29 Providence Ave., Berlin, NH, 03570. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
