Billie Ray Thomas

Billie Ray “Tom” Thomas, 91, of Milan, NH passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019. He was born in Wichita Falls, TX on October 31, 1928, the son of the late Fred and Billie (Smith)Thomas. After graduating high school, Billie enlisted in the US Navy and made a career of 20 years in service with the Navy. Most recently he had worked in maintenance for a shipyard in Rhode Island for 20 years. He was a proud member of the VFW. He loved hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and four-wheeling.



Billie is survived by his wife of 21 years Jean (Doucette) Thomas, step-son Jay Downs of Manchester, and 3 grandchildren Josh, Shaun, and Jack. He was predeceased by his step-daughter Tracy Simon, and two brothers.



Services will be private. Donations may be made in Billie’s memory to the Salvation Army Berlin Corps, 15 Cole Street, Berlin, NH 03570.
