Armand J Theriault

Armand J. "Speedy" Theriault of Sullivan Street, Berlin and Cedar Pond, died suddenly Sunday morning June 29, 2014 at Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. He was 91.

Born on November 11, 1922 in Berlin, NH, he was the son of Joseph and Anna (Friolet) Theriault.

During World War II he served in the US Army Air Corps with the 15th Army Air Forces.

On May 24, 1947 he married Therese Caron.

Retiring in 1988, Armand was employed at Notre Dame High School as a custodian and retired as School bus supervisor.

He was a communicant of Guardian Angel parish now St Anne Church of Good Shepherd parish.

He was a member of the Berlin VFW Post 2520, the Holy Name Society, and the Nansen Ski Club

Besides his parents, he is predeceased by two brothers Adrien and Sylvio Theriault.

He leaves his loving wife of 67 years, Therese (Caron) Theriault of Berlin, two sons, Sylvio and wife Paulette (Cusson) of Epsom, NH, and David of Errol, NH, four daughters Claudette Dupuis and husband Paul of Lanesboro, Mass., Anne Louise Laflamme and husband John of Lancaster, Mass., Lucy Dinardo and husband Michael of Littleton, NH, and Nancy Demers and husband Steve of Gorham, NH, 11 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am Wednesday July 2, 2014 at St Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin.

Burial will follow at St Kieran's Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Tuesday July 1, 2014 at Fleury Patry Funeral Home,72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
