Anthony T. Cellupica, 91, formerly on 1859 Riverside Dr., Berlin, NH passed away on Monday October 29, 2012 at the St. Vincent de Paul Rehab and Nursing Center in Berlin. He was born in Cascade-Gorham, NH on June 13, 1921 the son of Francesco and Vicenza (Girardi) Cellupica and was a lifelong resident of the area. Tony graduated from Gorham High School in 1939 and was a US Army Veteran of World War II. He served as an ambulance driver in the 78th Division, where he earned a Bronze Star. He had been employed as an instrument foreman for Brown Company and James River Corp. for 47 years and was a member of Good Shepherd Parish, the White Mountain Post #2520 VFW, the Androscoggin Valley Country Club, the 78th Infantry Division, was associated with Pack 207 and Troop 207 Boy Scouts of America, was a former officer with the North Country Business Management Club and was a 40 year member of the United Brotherhood Credit Union and had served as an officer, board member and president. He had also served as a volunteer fireman for the City of Berlin for many years. Members of the family include his wife Ruth (Gonya) Cellupica of Berlin, NH; son Thomas Cellupica and wife Ruth of So. Portland, ME and Paul Cellupica of New York City, NY; grandchildren Kendall Cellupica and wife Jessica, Karin Loretz and husband Brian and Noelle Cellupica; sister Mary Bosa of Berlin, NH; brother Francis Cellupica of Dover, NH; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by brothers Dominic and Robert. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday November 3, 2012 at 10:00 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., on Friday from 6-8 PM.
