Alma A. Morin

Mrs. Alma A. (Keenan) Morin, 96, formerly of 213 School Street, Berlin, NH passed away on Tuesday April 10, 2007 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. She was born in Wales, ME on March 19, 1911 the daughter of James W. and Esther C. (McLaughlin) Keenan and was a lifelong resident of Berlin. She was a graduate of the Villa Marie in Montreal, P.Q., Canada and New Rochelle College. She was an English teacher at Berlin High School for 35 years. She was a member of St. Kieran Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish. She had been a member of the St. Kieran Altar Guild, the University Club of New Hampshire and the Retired Teachers Association of New Hampshire. Members of the family include her step-daughter Virginia Lemieux of Florida; several step-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Carl Morin in 1991, brothers John, Avery, Alban and Urban and sisters Helen, Mary and Selma. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning April 14, 2007 at 11 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in St. Anne Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin on Friday afternoon from 2 to 4 PM. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of ones choice.
