Albertina M. Burgess

Mrs. Albertina M. (Reisch) Burgess, 90, formerly of 144 State Street, Berlin, NH passed away on Friday March 18, 2005 at the Epsom Manor in Epsom, NH. She was born in Gorham, NH on September 28, 1914 the son of Joseph and Ruby (Hatch) Reisch and had lived most of her life in Berlin. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Burgess was employed by F.W. Woolworth Company in Berlin for many years, retiring in 1980. She had also been employed at the Berlin Clinic and St. Louis Hospital. She was a member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Club Joliette Snowshoe and the White Mountain Post #2520 VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her husband Julius Burgess in 1968, by a son Warren A. Burgess in 2000, by a grandson Warren A. Burgess Jr. in 1986 and by her brother Wendell Reisch in 2004. FUNERAL SERVICES will be held on Thursday afternoon March 24, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH. Interment will be in the Lary Cemetery in Gorham later in the spring. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
