Alan H. Dickinson

Alan H. Dickinson, 71, of Gorham, passed away on Monday November 13, 2017 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital. He was born in Berlin on March 8, 1946 the son of the late Frederick and Pauline (Gauthier) Dickinson and was a lifelong resident of Gorham. Alan had been a teacher in the Berlin School System and was later employed by the US Post Office in Gorham. He was a member of Holy Family Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing and hanging out with his friends at McDonalds. Family includes several cousins, a nephew and a great nephew, Austin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday November 17, 2017 at 10 AM at Holy Family Church in Gorham. Interment will be in the Holy Family Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade St., Gorham on Friday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, prior to the Mass.
